One of the expected yields of plant life in teams is collective learning. As team members work close together they ar seeming to exchange information, which can bring up learning. In this study, 471 respondents, working in 84 teams in 38 organizations, indicated their perceptions of task con?ict, relationship con?ict, team learning, and their rating of the performance of the team. chore con?ict was non related to to team learning just was negatively related to the team members rating of team performanc e. As was hypothesized, relationship con?ict negatively a?ected team learning. Importantly, team learning was a strong predictor of the perceived team performance and partly mediated the relation between relationship con?ict and performance.
